LaTresha Evans Green was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She is a proud graduate of A.H. Parker High School, Lawson State Community College, Bessemer Beauty Institute, Toni Love Training Center, Faulkner University and Roebuck Beauty School. She has been a licensed Cosmetologist since 2000.  She received her certification as a Hair Loss Specialist in 2012 and has been a licensed Cosmetology Instructor since 2017. She is the mother of 2 energetic boys (Isaiah and Elijah) and a  wife to her high school sweetheart (Phillip), for over sixteen years.

At a very young age, LaTresha knew that becoming a Hairstylist was her calling. She spent her teenage years working at a family business that was surrounded by salons and the city's strongest beauty influencers.  LaTresha dedicated any free time she had to observing the business of running a successful salon.  Her time was spent studying the art that goes into the intricate styles that she would see and how to bring styling ideas to fruition.  Though her initial career path did not land her in the beauty industry, that detoured path did have a positive influence on her success. The training that she gained from her ten-year career in the corporate world, married perfectly with the professional, proactive and innovative experience that she delivers to her clientele. LaTresha is truly in love with the beauty industry.  She takes great pride in her ability to uplift every client and highlight their true beauty!
